The Ground Coordination Intelligence Service is not a law enforcement or government agency. If this is an emergency, stop what you're doing and call 911 immediately. This tip line exists to notify a third party who is not busy with outside priorities and does not have policies that hinder its ability to conduct private investigative actions. If a crime was committed make sure law enforcement is notified first. Be specific when providing information. Example: If reporting online criminal activity, please provide details such as the website's URL or internet address, the application's name (e.g., Snapchat, Facebook, X, etc.), username of the individual you are reporting or the username of the profile which contains the comment you are reporting, and the date/time of post.
