Important Notice

 

The Ground Coordination Intelligence Service (GCIS) is a private intelligence and investigative research organization and is not a law enforcement agency or government entity.

If you are experiencing an emergency or believe someone is in immediate danger, stop what you are doing and call 911 or your local emergency services immediately.

This tip line is intended to provide a reporting channel for information that may warrant further review, analysis, or referral. If you are reporting a crime, you should first notify the appropriate law enforcement agency. GCIS does not replace law enforcement and cannot provide emergency response services.

When submitting information, please be as specific and detailed as possible. The more information you provide, the more effectively the information can be reviewed and assessed.

Examples of helpful information include:

  • Website URLs or internet addresses

  • Social media platforms or applications involved (e.g., Snapchat, Facebook, X, Instagram, Discord, Telegram, etc.)

  • Usernames, account names, profile links, or identifiers associated with the individual(s) being reported

  • Copies or screenshots of relevant communications, posts, or content

  • Dates, times, and locations associated with the activity being reported

  • Any additional information that may assist in identifying individuals, victims, or related activity

Please ensure that all information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Status Updates and Follow-Up

 

To protect the integrity of investigative processes and safeguard sensitive information, GCIS does not provide status updates, investigative findings, or case information to members of the public. Exceptions may be made when coordinating directly with authorized law enforcement personnel or other appropriate authorities.

If you submit information through this tip line, you can be assured that it will be reviewed and, when appropriate, forwarded to the responsible agency, organization, or office for further action and follow-up.
