Where we came from.

was established to advance security expertise, strengthen operational integrity, and enhance intelligence capabilities aimed at protecting the safety and well-being of free societies. Through the collection, analysis, and dissemination of intelligence, GCIS works to identify emerging threats, counter exploitation, and support strategic security objectives.

In support of the Strategic Mission Interest Schedule, GCIS conducts sensitive and complex intelligence and protective operations while coordinating specialized task forces focused on detecting, deterring, and disrupting human trafficking networks, child exploitation, violent sexual offenders, and transnational criminal organizations. The organization provides analytical, investigative, and operational support resources to law enforcement and partner agencies worldwide.

As a non-law-enforcement entity, GCIS serves as a force multiplier for governments, intelligence partners, law enforcement agencies, and allied organizations across the globe. By leveraging intelligence-driven methodologies, strategic partnerships, and advanced threat analysis, GCIS assists in identifying, preventing, and disrupting criminal activity, reducing violence, and protecting vulnerable communities from those who seek to exploit, control, or harm others for power, profit, or influence.
